Raspberry & Cacao Energy Balls


Raspberry & cacao energy ball recipe:

Makes 15

55g porridge oats
30g frozen raspberries
2 tbsp peanut butter 15g desiccated coconut
1 tbsp cacao powder
4 tbsp honey or 3 tbsp Maple syrup 12g chia seeds

Blitz all ingredient in a blender & mould the mixture into small balls.

The perfect weekend treat!
These freeze so well so if you don’t manage to eat them all pop them into a lunchbox & frees for next week. So handy to bring with you on the car when your on-the-go

- Frozen mixed berries: blueberry, raspberry, blackberry
-frozen banana
- beetroot cooked and frozen
- 1 full avocado
- frozen pineapple chunks
- x2 spoons soya or regular yogurt
- 2 cups water
- x2 spoons chia seeds

Toppings: pumpkin seeds & desiccated coconut🥥
Serves 2

Suitable for refreezing.
